Wait Staff Some experience necessary but not essential. Must be over 18 years old as you will need a RSA Certificate. Evening work only between hours of 4.30pm and 11.30pm with minimum 4-7 hour shifts. Weekend work is necessary, as you will be required to work at least 2 out of the 3 weekend nights.
